Hello, Ayone can help me for read this device?
I would like to read on board.
But i don't know where i can found a board.
I have just the board for upd780973/4 and a board for upd780824/6/8.
Miss a board maybe?

You should use 78KO/HC912 Adapter with the wires (solder them) to read in circuit. There is no board for this NEC.

Who knows how make this adapter for NEC uPD 780949 with UPA USB?? Wiring diagram, elements, program ??

must cut pins on MCU or no?
where must i put the jumper?

you don't must cut pins
for this mcu you can read it on bord with nec programer
and this pic will help you
and it is same thing with upa

The pins 19 and 20 of my MCU INTERCONNECTed with a small point of solder.
THE PINS IS VERY SMALL AND VERY
