mostly it depends on what tools do you have, but to be expeditive:
1. soldering may be the best job (1z read/write only soldering way)
2. immo=immobilizer (keeps the car still, will not start without its ori key)

so if ecu (edc16) lock in a middle of tuning it is not an immo?

how can i fix it then?

Dependant on car/tool a full bdm file is needed and flashed with bdm, if you dont have the full file from the locked ecu then immo will need coded. The code in the eprom data must match key etc

On a failed write the file on the chip is corrupted you must remove the chip from the board, format, put a good calibration file on the chip and reinstall it on the board.

Not necessary to remove. Every ecu has inside auxilary connector or printed pins (10) for BDM flash device. If you haven't ori dump, search virgin map for you car (ecu).

First you must decide, edc15 or edc16?

You said edc16 in post #4 ffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If its edc15 forget bdm then! desolder flash, erase, then program original with willem or similar and resolder to board or buy a real chiptuning tool that recovers through obd. Afaik mpps can recover and looks reasonably priced as well at a 1000 quid.
