Dont bother with the tms mate just put the clock file or use the tiny sweeper its a lot easier.

check the connections !

see if all the wires are switched in the right place !

only use com 3,2 or one ! at baud rate 115000

I'm doing a IAW 1AP40 again width xprog 4.5, all wires connect good , to read no need to connect the ac power and read it all the content, but wen make verify give bootloader ini error, if I put ac power says bootloader ini error from the start ! if I try to write give a lots of errors in buffer !
do anyone have some situation like this ?!

Hi,mates.If you want to decode,I agree with "dimitar",you can use a clock file,eprom 27c512.I have the X prog-M and as soon as possible I try to read MCU TMS 374.Here,I will share their experiences.Best regards.

better thing to do is take out the resitor 4.7k here we swich vcc !

I HAVE READ with my clone xprog this ecu and worked perfect . never had problem with tms .you do something wrong . lift the correct pins from the processor
