W210 EZS problem

EZS 210 545 00 08 mask 1H52A (cpu1 and cpu2 dump is attached)
ECU BOSCH 0 261 206 052 (4e28B)
ESL is W210 (esl3 and esl4 dump)
In processing reading cpu1 (Omega) dump is damaged.(FF FF FF....)
Please repair my dump is cpu1.
I have AK-400 and Merc Key Prog.
2st. IR -key is NEC processor programming for working group.

OK, Try... It's very simple - in this ezs firmware version, you can copy eeprom dump's from cpu1 to cpu2 address 0x10 to 0xFF...
from 0x00 to 0x0F in cpu1 - is the ezs part number, sw/hw date, and coding - you can check codin with star and correct if needed,
i set coding from WDB210206 (T-model S Type chasis in ezs) with tsg3/tsg4, if you have different chasis correct this....

Hi mate

I tried and tested your dump on my EZS.

The problem is that EZS, when i test it on bench, doing a reccurent noise clik-click-click and it is not working at all.

What kind of problem is it?

these Mcus are verry sensible to elctrostatic , take always care in reading phase ,
tell me in initial time the car comes working well with key ?
or come died without key ?

if first case you crashed Mcus,
solutions : bring other EZS with 1 H52A or 0D69J
copy eproms and try
second case may be bad data
same solution
if no way bring other EZS , make new keys
virgin ECu , star engine thats al
here is correct dumps if didnt find
i make also key calculation

I cant turn on the ignition, only ESL is unlock.

read with star ecu DAS value
