Hello mates, I have a question for ya, what's the reason for those faults?

VNT not responding - Boost Power
VNT not responding - Jake Power

Why I must check, what test give me a tip please.

check the vpods make sure they are working and see if the slide ring and vanes are working on the turbo

this is the real fault

Flash 39 SID 147 FMI 2 and 12

s 147/2, VNT Vanes not responding - Boost Power
s 147/12, VNT Vanes not responding - Boost Jake

5. Code s 147/2 - occurs if error in actual boost vs desired boost during Power Boost mode operation is greater than it should be. This fault will illuminate the CEL for the duration of the fault being active.

6. Code s 147/12 - occurs if error in actual boost vs desired boost during Jake Boost mode operation is greater than it should be. This fault will illuminate the CEL for the duration of the fault being active.

The turbo is ok, the fault just appear when the truck is driving in a rise road and the position of the throttle pedal is 100% and then the EGR and VNT % stuck at 7% and then the fault stop in a straight road

This code mean low boost pressure, defective egr valve or vpod. Defective drive vgt or vpod.
Stert engine pump the air, shutdown eng and turn ignition on.Connect dddl go to -diagnostic -ecm io configuration
press -activate and perform vgt and egr test, listen air leak.

Also don't forget something as simple as blown out charge air cooler or all the clamps and connections on that system. Especially the egr crossover pipe to intake manifold clamp

i would ignore the vnt vanes not responding - boost power code unless truck has no boost. that code is thrown when vpod does not work, and the most common way it appears is when truck is started in morning with no air in system and driver raises rpm's to build air faster. cel will illuminate and throw that code, vnt vanes not responding - jake power is the one to worry about. check egr valve is not sticking, verify delta p counts are within range (86-118), and i would run the turbo actuator test to see if turbo is out of calibration.

The Best way is to go thru simplest things first.
1. check cac and clamps first.Pressure test cac upto 25 psi(max).
2.Hook up dddl and actuate vpod and egr valve to 90% and check for any air leaks around vpod, egr valve and vpod actuator.and also check physically if actuator rod moves up and down when actuated,If not moving replace the same.
3.With dddl hooked check for delt p counts. It must be inbetween (86-118) if no change it.
4. remove boost pressure sensor and intake manifold sensor and clean it thorogly and install back.
5. check for small lines going from delta p sensor to vnt for any leaks or smoke or any cracks in rubber pipes.
Its better if you remove delta p sensor and clean it.

Mates, who knows how can I recalibrate delta p sensor? I have dissabled that option on DDDL, in configurations/support appear a code jS4 and a password to put on it but I dont know if that's the solution of that.

Check software version, it needs to be updated.

Jackalfa How do update software version ? More about this

The easier way: With DRS and a new calibration. In this thread you can find calibrations or request the calibration for the engine serial you need to update the software version.
http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f166/drs-6-ddec-v-files-173317/

For more advanced users: If you can't find or obtain a calibration for the engine serial you need, just find a calibration from the same engine model then program it and change serial number with DCT.
Remember first to save all parameters, settings or values like injectors and Input and Output setting, etc.
