how can i read smart 42 ecu with galletto. need to do in boot mode, how do i get to this mode

hi bro just follow what galletto
tells you to do i dont remember right
but i think you have to open the ecu
and connect the eprom pin number 25
to GROUND
but its better if you just read what it says in galletto
when you are trying to read.

i personally like the suggestion for a Newbie to "solder" the pqfp144 st10f275 if it is a newer 1.0 smart 451

Maybe.
But if he is able to take this processor off and read it in a professional programmer he must have tools for several thousands at home. And then he would be a real pro and had never asked in this forum.
This thing has no eprom. All data is in the processor!

Yes and in this case Galeto is not the appropriate tool for new type ECUs...
