Just thinking.... I've never seen a Becker radio that's encoded using preset algorithm 5,7,8 or 9.
There is some older units that do have four presets, and are decoded using the 4-preset algo.

Interestingly, if you look at Becker manuals for Traffic Pros they indicate that the code will accept a '7'.
That is of course lies.
