Updating GMC TECH 2 Scanner

i have update my Tech 2 Scanner Device
after that when i Turn it on, it show the Main Menu
and it show to press the Enter Button
to start the Device
i try to press the enter button but no respond
and no respond for the all buttons and not start
is there is any way to fix this problem

is your tech 2 clone or orignal,if it is not clone you must go to tool support to fix it right.clone need more info like what version do you update to ,how did you get updates from oem or china?
