MC68HC912B32 airbag bosh problem with read

Hi Friends

I have a problem with write with UPA bosh sensor 8L) 959655 J with MC912B32.

I connect external power +12V to sensor and to upa only bckgd and reset. Reading work without problem but when I try write memory there is error during write after few seconds.
Tried few times, few different adress with error.

ANY idea? already lift pin RESET but still the same problem

change cristal (quartz) osillator frequency and try again
