Try to desolder chip and read it as a 8-bit 59c11

I'm afraid, your trying damaged the eeprom content...
:(
Put back, and test it - rpm meter, etc...
If all needles are working, you are a lucky guy...
Sorry.

Thank you all for information.
I spoke with one of my friends who have Omega Programmer and he make a correction. I do not have a car, they bring me only the dash. When they try the dash i post the results.

A warning about SAAB dash:
I just had a bad experience with a SAAB 93 (2001) dash. The dump from the eeprom (S130 = 93c46) got corrupted when I saved it. So when I adjusted the mileage and wrote the dump back to the eeprom, it messed everything up. The car would not start & displayed "no prog" on the odometer. It cost me more money to have the car towed, and to pay the "local" saab dealer, which are not common here, to marry the immo to the dash, than I could charge. So follow the instructions exactly, and save the dump twice, and check it to see if it's not corrupted. But that applies to every dash I suppose!
