I don't think it's possible.

toolbox can make checksum for edc16 & edc17/med17 only.
you need to buy module 007,008 for edc17/med17

All other options in Toolbox C167, ST10 just read and write memory. For checksum you need Winols or any other tool that is able to make checksum.

If you don't have this functions active you have to contact byteshooter directly! no way to make it on your own.

As far as I know, there is no Byteshooter clone...
