Mercedes Old Key with Transmitter

Hello all, I have a problem with one key.
The key is old black key form 94 to 97/8 with TRANSMITTER and IR in C and E class.
The key PCB is lost.....there is only transmitter in key box.
The engine can start with that transmitter.

Is there any way to program another IR key (only something in the PCB without transmitter) and to make Central locking work?

In that situation I usually install a keyless entry system with folding key. it controls central door lock by pulses and if you dont use anymore original remote it wont block engine again. very easy to install.

Yes I know this solution. Have done it, but just wondered if somebody got the codding procedure
