MB W203 Siemens - SIM 4LKE

Hallo guys i have here a strange case maybe someone can bring some light to the darkness..

I have an C-Klasse W203 with an ECU SIM 4 LKE with 200 K Engine ..

I had this ECU already virgine and tried to programm it with star .. but i have no idea what happended ... the programming was ok .. EZS and ECU were connected.. and the car started .. but the thing is.. the ABS went on..

So i checked the coding and now the intesting part .. the cars was programmed as an W221 with no AC and no leather and no ESP ..

What i did .. i tried 2 ways.. because i had 2 virgine ECU in store..

one way: i read out by star the original data by offline SCN ... and put then into virgine ECU ..

other way: i did not use the old ECU i used DVD of Star programming... and bothe ways same problem..

car runns but because of the coding the ABS is ligting and i can not correct the codding by hand..

I post the the Dump .. i read it by OPTICAN .. if need can read flash by hand..

Would be nice.. if someone could virgine this Dump and maybe explain what did i do wrong..

your problem is , not the virgin dump
when virgin you erase ECU coding
before virgin must save ecu original coding
and after virgin ECU , recode with saved original coding

But what to do in the case when you have no ECU where you can get the data from... lets say you have just an virgine ECU and wanna code it by Star Diagnostics without using online SCN .. there must be a way..

But the both ways i tried both did not work.. now my ECU is programmed wrong..

If course if i would have the right dump .. i could just read out the flash and write to other ECU ...

but what to do in case when you dont have the old ECU ..

With star offline coding of an virgine ecu should not be a problem or?

and why did the ecu code wrong in the first place.. i mean what could i have done wrong? there is not much to be do wrong..

Hallo! Thx for the 2 files.. but they have different size then my file... is that right .. i thought the files should have al least same size.. ?

Maybe my file is bigger because i read with optican chiptuning tool?

The Flach dont have the VIN includet ? i just can put your file to my flash and car should be ok ?

you can see VIN in differents areas with any HEx editor
(any programmer is ok )
you cant modifie VIN , because also encrypted

car will start but will see other vin
how to operate :
1 method
programm my flash on your ECU
read coding with star
let star connected
switch off
remove ECU
programm virgin
swith on
copy original coding on virgin file
folow procedure
and start car
when you go to read coding you will find w203
2 method same procedure but use developer mode

But your Dump is 512 my dump is 1024 .. isnt it a problem ? you send me dump of an 400 chip ... i habe 800 chip ..

i have here 2 dumps.. that one friend made me for nirgine of this dump .. can someone check if they are ok ?
