theres a couple of ways to downgrade try reading here We Hack Wii / Firmware (http://wehackwii.pbworks.com/w/page/8844392/Firmware) make sure you have your nand backup sorted with preloader installed as downgrading is one of the most common causes of bricked wiis,dont try and do this if all the wads on the 4.3 tut didn't load without error.

downgrading is useful if you have a chip fitted as it gives you back multi region playback again

If he has followed the 4.3 mod tut then he could set region free everything in priiloader anyway. Not that I know that much more than I have asked ck-ok to give advice about anyway.

Next on my task is usb loader....

Right I have usb loader gx working fine :)

Im struggling to get Wiiflow working I get the list of games up with my covers etc but the thing is when I select a game it just hangs at please wait, I cant see whats wrong here been on this for hours has anyone got any ideas.

Im using the same working hard drive as usb loader gx

How is your HDD formatted and partitioned? Wii flow had some problems with 2 WBFS formatted partitions.

Which CIOS are you running and which versions/bases?

This is something im not sure on as when i load up hackmii installer i get a screen advising me there is no vulnerable IOS installed on this Wii.

I have ran through the procedure here and still no go

did you follow and install all the wads from 4.3 tut?

I have downgraded from 4.3 to 4.1 and no I havent installed darkcorp (at least i dont think i did being a newbie)

yes, followed the tutorial all the way through but since then i have been replacing wads trying to get it going

Hi thanks for that im back into hackmii the above worked like a treat sorting out the non vunerable issue.

Still no further with wiiflow though. Still just hanging on the please wait..
im running wiiflow version v2.2 r254
and ios 249 v20 (57)
guess thats ok...?

done it im past the line :)
now at 4.1e with a fat32 drive working and all the loaders work too. It would seem i corrupted the cios somewhere after redoing that again it all sprang into life
