Problem with coding E60 ccc-FSC code

Hello. I have problem with bmw e60 ccc module coding with progman. Progman needs FSC code to update ccc module?
Where can i fint this codes..

Year of car manufacture ? , if up to 2007/3 , FSC available on DVD , if after 2007/3 only thru online system...
