I amdoing this too for all ZTE handsets aswell as alcatel for free. You must qualify for the initial post to qalify for mine... you need your Phone model, network lock and IMEI number to be PM'd to me.

Just to add to this.... I tried one of these before with the OT800 option, just couldn't get it to work. The price of Virmin messing with a phone to call their own.

It can be done, but I think it needs connecting via cable. Unsure on which box supports it, we use Mirco-box which doesn't support the VM800. Might be if we activate...

I have a dongle that does support the OT-800, but I don't think the VM-800 is supported on that either.

I'll see if I can find the supported list as it's not with me at present.

1 - Switch ON your Alcatel OT-808 WITHOUT SIM Card,
2 - Then compose : *#0000*CODE#,
3 - To finish compose : *#0001*CODE#.

CODE: The unique unlock code for your Alcatel OT-808.

If still no go, it could be that all of the code attempts have been used up with wrong codes...

It's also possible that the SIM has had 4 incorrect PIN entries.

try another SIM, it has to be a 'not accepted SIM'... as in a SIM card from a different network.

If more than 10 attempts have been made to enter the code the box will still appear, and allow you to enter the code, but it won't actually unlock the phone.

Just to check, you are entering the NCK code & not any other code provided?

I use this:
Hold down # key and press Power on/off key for a while to reset the phone
Long press # key and power on key at the same time in power off mode.
On the screen you will see All data will be lost, continue? select Yes,
You will see Formatting flash, please wait. The phone will restart when reset finished.

And i succeed to unlock a phone

Didn't think that would work. Counters are usually hard set, a factory reset wouldn't usually touch a hard counter.

Are you sure you have the correct phone & entering the correct code requested?

If you are sure about both then I'm not sure. You could check the IMEI on the sticker with the IMEI in the phone by typing *#06#

Not sure on that one. The codes are correct, normally you just insert a not accepted SIM & enter the code that it asks for.

Might be worth checking with Jim on possible causes for your problem.

Hmm, didn't work.

I didn't get an enter code prompt so I did the *#0000*NCK# then *#0001*NCK# and nothing.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, I did the first then the second with out sending in between and not sending after and the codes just sit there.

I've tried different sim cards and tried full reset and nothing. I'm going to give up and just leave it locked to orange. It was for our baby sitter who wanted to use her Uganda Telecom sim but she'll just have to use orange and deal with it.

what you mentioning Hitler and the Gestapo for? look at the end of the day i told you just how i stand.

All i am saying is "i'm Out" maybe someone else will do the code for you, as there is plenty of people on here who does them.

This is not directed at just you, but this is an amazing site it has something for everyone. I am sure that people can take the time to have a look around. And maybe participate in the good that this site does by not just "jump posting"

its not a case of being an Hard A** i started out on this site asking for a code, now i have helped many people on here.

We give our codes for free on here but people must also remember that unlocking phones is our business too.

And there is no rule stating 5 posts but it is the choice of the person starting the thread to say what they want in order to give away codes. I stick by this

I also think appreciation is required, but the guy literally attacked me for spam. Yes I made those post very quickly, but i didn't spam. I just found the topics that i can write something on, because the requirements for the unlock code is to have min 5 posts, so i posted 5 or 6 times. I really didn't mean to spam, and I am sorry if I offended someone, but I thought that the codes are free, that I don't have to do something to get them. That's why I reacted like that. No bad thoughts though, cheers and have a good time.

And I would appreciate if you can tell me wheather you can give me the code, cause I can go to the nearest mobile shop an have that thing unlocked for a couple of bucks. :)

Here's your problem. Rayjay checked your post count & decided you only registered for the code. We are a reasonably close knit group who provide the codes, so you tend to find that if one of us refuses a code... we all refuse.

What hasn't helped your cause is the sudden drop in posts. Since asking for your code I'll you've done is ask why you can't have it. If you had continued to post in other sections of the forum one of us would of issued the code. As it stands you have in effect been branded a 'leecher', which is not good as it implies you have no interest in joining in with the community once you have the code.
We know it happens all over the internet. Some of our most respected members have owned up to leeching when they first joined.
But as a group we are under the threat of losing our access to these services we provide, because we are giving codes away for free. Although the chances of this happening are slim, we have to try & protect what we have. Hence the situation you find yourself in now.

Please try to remember that we make a living from charging for unlock codes. If we lose the ability to unlock phones we won't be in business very long.

Of course i only registred to get the code. I have no interest in whatever you are discussing here, so it's kinda logical that i only want to get the code and probably never post again because i have nothing to do here. It's not my fault that your 'signature' says: "Want your phone unlocking?
You need at least 5 posts before you make the request"

I certanly proved on some torrent sites that i'm not a leacher, for example on my country's local torrent site i have been a member more than six year and have ratio over 3, that's how i got the invitation to demonoid.com (when they didn't have 'open registration', only invited could see torrents)
Thank you for explanation about the code-giveaway, i could tell you that i will become an active member, and all that stuff, but i'm going to be totally honest, i can't waste my time on something i'm not interested in at all, all i can say is i wish you all the best with this site, and that you build a foundation so strong you can give the codes for free to all who ask :D

sorry mate i cant do it as for me to do any imei that has been on show would jeopardize my tools as theres hype about servers blocking people who give away free codes. as all it takes if for them to put a imei in the server to tell who requested the code.

I checked two ways to unlock it, but none of them works (or I don't know how to introduce the numbers):

Generic procedure #1
Switch ON phone without SIM card.
Enter *#0000*NCK#
Then enter *#0001*NCK#
Now Your phone is unlocked.

General procedure #2
Switch ON phone with a SIM card which is not accepted.
Phone will ask for NCK code. Enter it.
Now Your phone is unlocked.

Can you help me? My model is an Alcatel OT-209

Try formatting your phone.

If it has a normal keypad press & hold the '#' & 'power key' to turn the phone on.

If it's touch screen press & hold volume up & power key.

Once you've done this turn it off & insert a SIM card from a diferent network & turn the phone on. It should come up with a pop up box asking for the nck code.
If it doesn't, does it have signal strength? It could already be unlocked.
