Does any know what tools I require to adjust the odometer on this model?

The eeprom is 93c46, if you can not calcul, sent me here

So I need to take out the Cluster, desolder the chip and read the contents?

Is there an easier method like buying a universal Tacho?

with universal tacho you also must take the cluster out.

So i can just as well, desolder the chip and use spi programmer with tachosoft?
