Ford fiesta 1.4 TDCI immo off

have a ford fiesta 1.4 TDCI with damaged ECU

siemens SID802

can this ECU be immo off or can i swap content of EPROM+FLASH to start the car?

i search same information for this ecu!
in a c3 1.4 hdi ecu damaged too!!!!
for flash any problem to clone but i don't know where is located immo?

immo is located on eprom.
but have tryed before to clone a C3 ecu EDC16C34 (copy of flash and eprom) but not work .
i think there is a hardware ID or something like this
