You must use 2 conector cables blue and white to back side in cluster, and wait to finish, the needles for kilometers will go to 240km , it will be normal, and wait

Car type: BMW E38/E39 High - 93c66 - SW 12, SW 13
The mileage is stored in the next lines:
0040: 25 1C 4C 14 7D 0E 25 1C 4C 14 7D 0E xx xx xx xx
where the next bytes:
25 1C 4C 14 7D 0E - is a mileage

126185km = 2281DC13E09E

To je 126185 km

Hi guys,

i have the same problem with the same type of car (93s66,SW13). I have readed the EEPROM with bmw scanner 1.36. But licznik can't calculate the original?! (E38/E39 High SW 12,13 93c66). Byte swapping doesn't work.

Whats the problem? Do i have to remove the dash and read with programmer?

best regards,

carstar24

yes, please read in 16bit mode and pu dump here. Do not forget its 93s66 so you must conect all 8 legs.

I found this, it is the connection from the tacho universal:

http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/1048/connectionsw13.jpg

Is this the same connection order as usual in programmers like this?

I'm sorry, I think i have my question wrongly worded.

I have posted before the connection diagram for the tacho universal. But i doesn't have a tacho universal, i have a xprog-m.

My question is...can i use the same connection order of the tacho universal for my xprog-m? :hmmmm2:

connection diagram is good for all ICP programmers! What about xprog-m, I do not think that its good for microwire ICP programing :hello:
