OK I've downloaded all the 54 meg sections of it and used hjsplit to put it back together.....Now what??
Windows says it's an unknown file type .7z??

May be, but actually I needn't it, I have one and of course I can't give it to some body, but if same body want to play with database unlocked, I can copy it from may computer.

1. I have downloaded all 147 parts of approx 55 MB each successfully (I think).

2. I have then opened the 7-Zip program, selected the first part PS2009.7z.001, and pressed the extract icon.

3. The 7-Zip program has then created a file called PS2009.7z which is 1.020508 GB in size.

4. Now what do I do? Is this file not supposed to be approx 8 GB in size? I have tried mounting this file to disc with Daemon Tools Lite but it says it is not a supported file type.

Can some one please tell me where I'm going wrong??

IIS is a windows component, go to control panel --> Add/Remove Programs --> Add/Remove Windows components, there check the empty box in front of IIS and enter your windows CD. There you go!

I have had the same problem as you I'm afraid.

I was trying to put it on a computer with Windows XP Home Edition.

The problem is that Prosis requires IIS (Internet Information Server) and tries to install it but XP Home Edition does not have it and cannot be installed with it.

From what I understand we need XP Professional. So either we get a different computer or we re-format our existing computer and install XP Professional.

If anyone else has a way around this then please let me know!

Yes the method you described works fine with XP Professional but it will not work with XP Home Edition.

Best way to avoid problems like this and licenses for multiple computers is to use: virtual machine.
From my experience - WmWare is the best and its free.
VMware Player is needed.
search internet for ready to work machines with xp pro.
it takes 5 minutes to install and is easy to work with.

Make sure you have each and every one of the 147 files downloaded, if you have missed one then it will not work.

Also take a look at the size of each file - they should all look approx the same size, if any of them don't then that file may need to be downloaded again.

I checked the .sfv file using sfv file checker, was able to identify 4 files that were not working, downloaded them again! Now i am extracting the file! Thanks
