I have problem with new Toyota Camry Navigation Radio CD DVD Changer,model 2010. Made for US.

This device is in TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID chassis nr. 4T1BB3EK5A4123586 2362 cm3 140 kW 2010 year.
Problem is no: sound for any music device (AM,FM,CD changer,USB and SAT).Sound is ok on cell phone bluetooth handsfree. In test meny buttons and system are ok, on device and on the controls on the steering wheel all buttons work's fine. All speakers are ok and they have not conection with ground. Fuses are ok. Conectors on amplifier and on main device are ok. When we try to set volume there is nothing like scale or numbers on display no metter on steering wheel or on device, like some kind of mute is activated.
