Audi Q7 2009 , how dash out????

Hi
I have Q7 2009 to done,
but I dont know how to take out the dash, becouse this car
is not working on obd2, the eeprom is 95320

Help somebody with experience

Be careful of the square silver trim around the heater vent, pull out from top first to reveal cluster trim bolts

small fillets need removing on switches, pull out all switches to reveal bolts, pull out round light switch to reveal bolt.

pull out complete long cluster surround, but leave it in situ,
cluster can be removed [philips srews] with long cluster surround in place, [after releasing and pulling it forward]
