get id48 fiat code 2

can i pre codec fiat id48 with zed bull chinese or ad900 chinese , are there more options to do it's. and sbb chinese can add key id48, can mvp chinese add fiat id48 too?

One of my friend have chines ad900 and he cant pre-program id48 for fiat.I make him the transponder and later he log the key with chines sbb.If you like to make transponder you can find some original machine like TMpro,Zedbull,Tango,AD900.
