cheats, various games....

please help a wii noob....

i have a 4.3 softmodded wii using indianna jones method....

i am using conf. usb loader ver 60, ios 249, default mload 222.

everything works great, my lad is happy , my house is peacefull...
happy dayz..... :)

i downloaded the new donkeykong game today for him, which turns out to be a very difficult game for a five year old.....
i thought i would put the cheats on in config loader to help him out and give me an easy life...

problem:
when i activate the cheats one of two things happens....

either game refuses to load or cheats simply do not work..

am i doing summit wrong????
any help appreciated...

p.s.
i tried cheats on various games, couldn't get anty to work....

It looks like someone has dragged one of Andy's old post.

On USB Loader GX in the particular game settings there is Ocarina for the game cheats. Now I've used this setting on a few games which searches the web and downloads the cheat file. Then it shows you the cheats available for that game you just enable the ones you want to use.

When you play the game I don't see anything in Options to use these so none of them have worked.
