Help!!! Volvo Dice firmware need

Hello,
I am hawing trouble whit an Dice interface.
Problem is whery intresting:
-I concet Dice to laptop and put an ond conector to a batery and power on Dice from there,click on read vehicle and give me the error of older car,ignicion on...and so on.Led on interface are all ok so it seem to be ok working.
-I conect Dice to car obd,click on reaf vehicle and problem comes on: led from interface go all of like I unlug obd from car,interface start again after that one more time same hapend and the error of older car,ignicion on and comunication cable apear again.
What is intresting that the interface restart only when plug in to car obd.
I think maibe change of firmware it whil help me.Now it use like I seen a 5.5.0 firmware but maibe not complete one or a problem one.
Can anyone help me whit an older or newer firmware?or a same one but tested working one?

I have the exact same problem with a new DiCE tool! tired of discussing it with seller as he is not going to do anything helpful.

Today i received vida dice but interface is totaly dead.No leds blink.

Are you plugging into obdII or 12v external? USB only will not power it up.

Yes i plug in obd2 car and usb but not work.No led blink and tottaly dead.

Yes...clones they was....

Send back to sler and get refound.
Only K line was wonking and only on models up to 2002
