Hi friends,

Saab 9-3 2.2 16V Turbodiesel 92kW '2002

Customer lost the keys. He bought new keys. SAAB-service can't programm new keys. Fault code: "Key not recognized"
I have momentary only TWICE-unit. In this unit is no eeprom, only Motorola processor, QFP64 pin with this mask:
SC507532CFU
TRW 59305951A
ID59J
HHDN0151

Is it possible immo off or virginize this TWICE unit?
When dump from this processor needed, must i know, what processor is that.
Or is dump from ECU needed? (i don't have ECU momentary)

device is Motorola MC68HC05X32 QFP64 package.
Important: mcu is with locked eeprom area, you have to use proper programmer to read it.

UPA is good for reading? And can you than (or anybody) make off-dump?

You can get key data from hc05 then write to new key , but its not easy . pm me

i had a client with the same problem, There is nothing you can do but:

replace TWICE, keys and lock cylinder
- match twice with the car using tech 2, or go to official dealer.

You can read with Xprog and then make a key using TM-PRO...

You can also visit a locksmith that has a programmer like zed-bull, ad900, gambit and precode your current keys to 13 megamos so that the car can recognise them and program them using diagnostic device! Anything will do... T-300, AD100, Mvp pro and Tech 2

No, not anything will program them in. The processor must be read.

CARPROG WORKS FINE, USED IT A FEW TIMES, OR JUST FIND A TWICE UNIT WITH KEY ON EBAY AND RE-PROGRAM IT DIAGNOSTICALLY.

No one has virgin image. or know where key info is located.

1st Key Location. = 00050-----00057
2nd Key Location. = 00058----0005E
3rd Key Location. = 00060-----00067
4th Key Location. = 00058-----0006E

Xprogm clone needs good power supply off board and need to programm in remote key. Putting a t5 in the dump just does not work in the shell. I have put in a remote key to turn alarm off and the t5 near ariel, originals had big nice coil. Most people buy a used one off ebay with remote key and a AD/elme clone with saab can prog in.
