Fiat Can 1.4 problem

When trying to change the km I'm getting the same message to turn the key on and off again, and it doesn't work but reversed the mileage to zero 0. Any help is very appreciated.

ou'll have to do directly on the eprom, it must be a 95160, Fiat 1.4 is not able to do it, can only read not write km!

the problem happens to me also with a marelli dash with 95040.

done it manually.
