Problem dash Seat Toledo '99 all needles off

Hi mates, I need some help with Seat Toledo '99 Dashboard VDO v13 1M0 919 880R
Sometimes the needles work Ok, but most times all needles are OFF. Always mark 0, speedometer, RPM, T?, and fuel level.
Someone know what could be the problem?
I read eeprom 93c66 dump and seems Ok, the MCU is a ITT CDV0-E645.
I upload eeprom dump, I don?t know how to read MCU. Can I read with UPA?

some times the needles of spin and speed work others do not?
