Can this be activated by diagnose or something ?

Hi,
the dash board settings does not affect the radio side of the display.
It depends if you have a "tuner list" or "update list" cd player.
You obviously have the wrong dash for the stereo fitted.

When swaping dashboards you can transfere the contents of the 93c56 eeprom which will swap the settings metioned and the mileage. It will not solve your problem as I said you will have to swap dashes. In clip you can not config the cd player fitted.
