Mercedes A classe km correction

Hello. Hope someone could give me a hand.... I got this A classe 1998 with magneti Marelli dash mcu 68HC711KG2. Attached dump is with 244982 km and I need 156200 Km. Thanks for helping.

Thanks tachonow and kelekele. I started to work out how it's done but is very hard to edit manually. The km strings go like that:
000080: 244954,244954,244954,244956
000090: 244958,244960,244962,244964
0000A0: 244966,244968,244970,244972
.....and so on...I didnt get very far :D
@ kelekele - Are you using some software to edit this dump because is very much time consuming to edit manually,and you done it very fast :P
