Peugeot 205 immobiliser

I have a 205 peugeot diesel with only one standard key no button sometimes it would not start but if pushed button under steering wheel it would start again,but now it does nothing the car will\not turn over and indicators flashing
I removed panel under dash and found box TPDP91098 is there a way of by passing this unit
