ETL HC912 Programmer problem

Hello ! I have problem with my programmer hc912 etl. I try to read mcu 68hc912dc128 (3k91d) with HC912 QFP112 adapter but no result. Software give info ...Pure contact on pin(s) or pin(s) damaged EXTAL. All connects are good. What is wrong ? Please for help. Regards !

Have the same problem. I think the programmer is faulty.

Try to change 74HC125.

My prog is clone. If I use IN-CIRCUIT PROGRAMMING then programmer work correctly. Problem is with ON-BOARD PROGRAMMING. I put 68hc12dc128 and next 68hc12d60 on adapter HC912 QFP112 but always no result.
