Anybody know what software and adapters are used for the Perkins 4000 series gas engines?

software to communication to perkins engine gas :
- DC desk 2000
- Detcon (option )

if its old engine, and only one ECM on board just need Perkins EST&Perkins or CAT communicatoin adapter, or NEXIQ adapter. IF new 4000 series engine - read prevoius post from DenBrewu (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/162070-denbrewu/).

DC Desk 2000 software available free at Heinzman website but it need dongle to activate

No interface needed just cable from laptop to engine controller.
