Help with Immo OFF Audi A4 EDC15P+

I have a problem with one A4 2003.
Dash its not working ,and car not start,sow client need a chep solution for use the car even without dash.

I think make immo off will be good.

ECU EDC 15+
038 906 019 JQ

BOSCH 0 281 011 142

I find inside one 24c04 and flash is 29f400.
I can remove only in 24c04 and will work?

Post 24c04 dump please, no need to remove the PSOP.

I ask about 29f400 cause i have one immo software and say need 24c04 and flash too,but i think can work with 24c04 only.
