Clarion 2471A disable Vin check

Hi Friends
Is there a way to disable VIN check in this radio.
I know that EEPROM is in FM unit but i hear that there is easy way to disable beep lift up one of pin ... ? from nec ?

if I will reprogram EEPROM with VIN FF FF it will work in any car ?

Not sure about the First option .. mate .. but the FF FF ... won't work ...(I hope) .. lol

there is a way to stop the beeps but not totally disabling the vin process
