Hello,

i need the pin code for my Golf IV TDI 110
from 12.12.1999 to add one key.
I have vag-com 311 and Galetto 1260.
Can i read the 24cxx ( 24c02 i think ) eeprom
with galetto to post the file ?

Thx in advance.

It`s IMMO 2, there are no login in engine ECU, you must read eeprom from dashboard

I've made a scan with vag-com and for the i*mo i have :

Address 17 -------------------------------------------------------
Controller: 1J0 920 801 E
Component: KOMBI+WEGFAHRS. BOO V25
Coding: 01142
Shop #: WSC 00046
Ident.-Nr. WEGFAHRS.:VWZ6Z0X1234191
No fault code found.

It means there's no need to log in in the key procedure ?

In this case i don't need the pin code ...

If pin is needed, is it a 7 digits or 4 digits pi code ?
Is the 24c02 dump is included if i read the ecu with galetto ?
If not, do i have to read physically the eeprom in a programmer ?

Thanks.

hello

No yoiu cant read it with Galleto. Read it from dashboard. Try with Vag EEPROM programer 1.8,with your vagcom cable.

You need to connect to dashboard no to immobox.

I've tried all modules : dashboard and immo, and each time, got messahe "ECU not found". For me it sounds like a usb driver problem or something like this. Still searching ...

... and still no success.
In com1 or com2 mode with vag eeprom commander, message "ecu not found" and in usb mode "unable to connect to HEX-USB-CAN". It seems my vag-com 409.1 is not adapted for communication ( working only in kkl ). A vag k+can would be more adapted ? What do you think about this ?
