Urgent immo fault, help!

Car is Lincoln Zephyr 2006 (US Ford)
I'm new at this :)

I tried the x431 master generic OBD connection options. As the x431 was searching for a proper OBD protocol car was put in theft protection mode.

Theft light is blinking. No crank. Got to do some reading
How do I reset immo, or what else can I do?

To reset used a key from outside lock unlock.
Then remote lock unlock.
I'm not sure which one did it but the car started.
Hope it helps someone else to be careful in venturing into generic OBD scans with x431 master.
