Safrane 2.0 16V y96 immo off

Hi,
I need immo off file for Renault Safrane 2.0 16v y96.
ECu is:
SIEMENS S113721102 C
HOM7700868318
7700103799

Tried solution2phoenix5, not working but I'm not sure that original dump from 28f512 is ok beacuse somebody already worked something with ecu around flash.

So I need or tested immo off file or tested original file for 28f512.
