Immo dumo needed, please help!

I need an immo dump for this car:
renault master 2006

ecu number:
0 281 011 940

Immo chip (95p08) is damaged, unreadable, I have to start the car somehow... Is it possible to remove the immo?

but i think it will need a working chip any way to get anywhere

can you suply the ecu type ?
and also how and why is the origonal prom damaged ?

I can not clearly identify the ECU, it looks like an EDC16 (from the outside) but it has a siemens c167 cpu and am29f400 in it, so it should be EDC15... The car did not start, no communication with diagnostics, so I checked that the VIN is in the eeprom, but it can not be read or written :( I am assuming that the rest of the ECU is OK...
