i don`t understand... lucas renault 1.9 work without eeprom and this ecu is the same(hardware) but can`t work without eeprom.

Only thing you have to try is emergency start but you need pin from 93c66 i,nside bsi module.I have similar problem with Fiat Punto and nothing worked except entering code in ecu with diag tool and car starts only that time.I didn't sorted it out.
No immo off for this ecu, At least I didn't find it. Best luck!!!

people that ecu must work with eeprom removed from ecu. I did it many times. If car wont start without eeprom then problem isn't there. Maybe problem is in faulty key or body computer.
