Which one do I chose for in circuit mcu programming? Are Chinese clones operated as advertised?

Which one do I chose if I already have an eeprom programmer GQ-4X Willem Programmer for doing most of dash work.

I see your point but we all start somethere.
I'm not woring I'm still learning. I read quite a few posts with both but I was looking at the upto date info, since this clone product quality change rapidly.
I ment what progmrammer is better at mcu's xprog or UPA or some other choice?

I'll start:
for most eeproms like smd SOIC8 etc any EEPROM programmer will do, preferably out of circuit
for mcu either xprog or UPA
for micronas need to get AVDI interface + Micronas programmer
digimaster or universal to do cars available through OBD2
Does this "ell cheepo" list cover as far as dash is concerned?
Off course you can just get Enigma and other brand names and never see your money back in this squeezed business.
All super intellectuals need not reply, don't want to bother their precious time.

UPA or Xprog-m will read write Motorola.
For NEC Abrutus have a several special features to their AVDI
like this one in the pdf.
