Transponder chip programing for Citroen Evasion

any one can let me know how can i program my Blank key with new immo transponder chip for my car?
Citroen Evasion
yr 2001
Engine EW10j4

Can i use the car itself to program as like citroen Picasso?
or can i use other car to program the key for my citroen evasion ?

I dont think that You cant program transponder itself by car, maybe I am wrong.

I think You must have pin to immo and program it via lexia or other key tool.
