ford probe 1996 immoblizer

please i want to replace engine ecu of this ford probe 1996 with another used one,how can i do this?ecu type KLE4 EGI KLE4 18 881C,where is immoblizer stored in this car?

have you tryed pluging in the new ecu to see if it starts? its guna have a basic pats system.

fords are hard to immo off , what system does the car have fitted does it have a pats system, why are you changing the ecu?

written on the antenna is TERMIC,The original ecu is burnt,i saw this eeprom inside the ecu TC97101P

Up to 1998 its a PATS1 system.

Put in any key and leave the ignition on for 10-15. It will learn the key.

I've heard 30 min at times but I never waited that long. You will know when the led stops flashing. it will either stay solid or shut off. Then start the car.

Le bo?tier d?codeur (de reconnaissance de la cl?) est mort. Ford ne vend plus de pi?ces ?lectronique pour cette voiture.

Hi, if this is remote controlled bosch type, then rip the lid off the control unit, middle of the board laughing at you is a transister, goes to the relay's, blob of sodder on it and deny all knowage, resolder the other relays at the same time.

if transponder, sorry, it's a Mazda, sorry, use the search botton on google for "recoding mazda mx 5 transponder" - basically you

1) look for thread by darwins, leech his file and supplied pincode, figure out yours

2) post serinal number, hope somebody gives you the code.

3) you do the hokey cokey with the key to programme new unit to the car and keys.

The EEPROM in the ECU is an injection DIP8 TC97101P Toshiba.
What should I do this for the eeprom to immo off ?

can you post pics of your ecu both sides these have a temic box used in the mazdas aswell the sync data for immo and ecu needs to be done or swap the chips from one ecu to rthe other
