fiat obd2 cable not working

Hi Guys,

i bought a fiat obd2 cable with usb key for km ajusment.
i have installing the software on the computer and the drivers for the dongle.but when i put the usb key in usb port
from the computer it go looking for drivers but cant find non.

do someone know what drivers i need for the key??
and where i can find them??

Which cable? Fiat km tool? How PC recognise this usb - which name?

are you using it first time? is it clone or original ?
have you received CD with cable?

yes, it`s clone.
yes i have cd with cable, but key dont get drivers from cd.
and yes i tryed to use it for the first time but it give me can error.
