think vagcom will do it matey and use gambit to read the pincode from dump because sure as hell vag won't give it to you

surprised that ad100 won't read pin
i've not done toureg yet but done 05/06 passat's and it reads pin okay
maybe try reading pin with vagcan
not sure about immo box it could be integrated but autodata should solve that one !!

you need to force the ignition on
try pressing the brake pedal for 3 minutes or
try pressing brake pedal twice or
i've read somewhere that if you leave hazards on it gives comms with immo
worth a try !!

That is normal because you need to activate the can.
You need to read the pin code from the Kessy module or from the ECU.
Thanks,

looks like you can reset the kessy module using vag can
then program new keys
take a look at link down at the bottom of page
VAG K + CAN Commander 3.6 Cable (http://www.resettools.com/vag_k_can_commander_3.6)
hope it helps

From where You have key? What month is this car? Diesel or gasoline? When Gasoline You can try ignition on like on this picture. When car is after 06/06 You need precoded transponder.
