I'd like change language in S60 '04(V70,S80,XC70) and i do not know where language is save(which chip). Could you help me?

You can do it with a DiCE but you need special software. So far I know VIDA2010 is not enough :(

You need good programmer which read and write flash in hc912

Yes, it is possible. I have done it with S40/V50 dash, and think S60 dash is quite similar.

It`s very simple, you need to clone hc912 and change the mileage to match with your original cluster .

For instance you have a cluster in german and you want to change in english, you write HC912 with a dump in english and you change the mileage according with the original cluster .

The important thing is that you have the corect dump, you need to match ECU DIAG P/N, there are several diferent ECU DIAG P/N .

For example an S60 cluster :
