mcu 912DG128A MASK 3K91D

Hi all. :wavey:

Strange about this MCU912DG128A MASK 3K91D.
read/write/flash on mini cooper 02- and mb EZS C+E KLASS need to connect koax-cable on R260 & 9s12X prog. and also on DP3 with 9s12 adapt.

Tryed to flash Volvo v70 02 with same mcu and mask with no succes. no koax connected.

3pcs volvo v70 dashbords each one i tryed with separate tools.

R260= reads flash/eeprom after mcu locked. (i know r260its not for volvo)
9s12X= reads flash/eeprom after mcu locked.
DP3/9s12 adapt.= reads flash/eeprom after mcu locked.
2nd try just linking and linking no connect.

So all tools read eeprom/flash on each (mcu)dash , but problem after read is the mcu is locked/secured so i can not read/open (no connection).

So question is: do i need to connect koax-cable on volvo dash?? white koax on pin 47 EXTAL on mcu and black koax grounded on grnd pin on crystal or ?

i have now 5pcs of non working volvo v70 02-03 dashes.

Sure you need. Rosfar interface doesent work without coax cable.
On dp3 I think c6 cable is for this dash.
Better use upa 4 wires incircuit with BDM lock/unlock option.

Thanx... yes dp3 with c6 cable/c7 when read/ write eeprom but only km line.. :wavey:
