99.99% of the time you won't get Trojans from DK. People would have reported in the post if any problems.

I personally have downloaded Tachodump from DK and no problem.

It's probably a windows fake warning.

If you can get it to run in WIN 7 due to DOS program or you have a 64 bit system .... Downloal DOSbox.exe and read the drive mounting command and mount C: to the tachodump folder
