CAS3 Probleme ( The Bleu One )

Hello all ,
i have a CAS3 ( the Bleu One ) the probleme is in my Fix computer when i run the software and i make a test to detect the CAS3 he freez the computer and i have to reboot my computer
but with the some software i install it in my LapTop he work ok with out any probleme

please did some one know what is the probleme in mine ?!
