If you freshly installed EWA Net 092010 or 112010, you might find EWA Admin Tool without language caption like the picture below

Solution:
- From the installation disk copy 'X:\ewa\Apps\hpdlls\application' folder into C:\Program Files\EWA net\
- Rename copied 'application' folder to 'dlls'
- Start EWA Admin Tool, choose your language from the menu.
